Oh what is this? An anime that focuses on various monster girls and a one clueless protagonist (still wouldn't call it harem)? I wonder where have I seen this already.... *cough cough* Monster Musume, Rosario + Vampire, Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? *cough cough*. Anyway, enough with that, this is actually a good anime in my opinion. I liked it so much that I'm actually going to start reading the manga. But yeah, romance between vampire and human sums up this anime, if you like that sort of thing, then watch it!
