So this was the second anime I ever watched. After the masterpiece (in my opinion) that was Sword Art Online (my first ever anime), I ended up googling anime similar to SAO, and Btooom! came up. Sceptical at first, but decided to give it a try anyway. At the end I'm glad I watched it. The plot relates a lot to The Hunger Games, and I that's what made me enjoy this anime so much. There's only 2 things I don't like about this anime: The fact that it is only 12 episodes long (should've been 24 at least); and the fact that the anime is left with an open ending and very unlikely to get a second season. We litterally don't get to know what happens next, and the manga doesn't even add much to the story. Anyway, I still recommend it nontheless, as it really is a good anime for what it is.
